On Saturday 17th March multi world champion points fighter Robbie Hughes visited the GFKC HQ to give a point fighting seminar to a host of over 20 students. The day started with a quick warm up and stretch with everyone in the room deadly silent listening to every word Robbie said!
The drills got started with some line work and it was very quickly noticed just how fast and precise Robbie was on executing his blitz techniques as he demonstrated to the class. Everyone started to loosen up as the afternoon went on and the focus pads came out soon after with some excellent drills to show off those silky smooth techniques! Sparring application was next on the agenda and Robbie started to let everyone into his winning secrets as to how he wins! Ears were wide open for this bit!
When the sparring started everyone got their opportunity to spar with the man himself as he blitzed his way through everyone with fast combinations, jump spinning kicks and defensive side kicks! Everyone had so much fun especially the kids as they got to spar with a legend in the making!
