Congratulations to everyone who put their heart and soul into their latest grading exams on the weekend of March 3rd and March 4th. Yet again it was a really gruelling few hours for the students taking a range of levels from red all the way up to black belt. The grading exams are not an easy test of just combining punches and kicks, it’s about a test of will, determination, skill, balance, speed, power, self motivation and courage whether you are a mini ninja at 5 years of age or an adult student in your 50’s it’s a hard exam and everyone should be proud of their achievements! The GFKC gained another 2 junior black belts in Evan Balch and Liam Hill, well done to you all!
