The Grimsby strike team travelled to Peterborough on Sunday 23rd June for the 2nd competition in the series and came away with a bundle of trophies and valuable experience!
It was probably one of the busiest competitions that this league has offered so all fighters had their work cut out for them with big categories! All 13 strike team fighters performed really well with some very narrow losses on the point counter! We even had 4 first timers on the mat too so respect to you guys for making that big step from gym sparring to tournament fighting! Valuable lessons were learnt from the competition to take back to the gym and drill some more ready for the next one!
Big well done to all fighters and supporters who made the journey and congratulations to the winners You were all fantastic and should be very proud!
WELL DONE STRIKE TEAM!
