The last few days of 2011 saw all the GFKC students step into the gym wearing their PJ’s for training to finish off the year with a smile! Sparring, sparring and some more sparring was the lesson plan from the instructors and after 4 hours on the Wednesday, all the students and instructors were finished off! Everyone was in the Christmas spirit and enjoyed the light hearted training sessions to celebrate the year.
