30 juniors attended the annual GFKC kickboxing boot camp in the half term of October and had a blast learning all sorts of different skills and drills from the art of kickboxing and also learned about healthy eating too! The three day course taught the juniors all about the martial arts and everything you can expect from it if you apply your self in the right way. These skills within the gym can also help you on the outside world in reality also. Healthy eating and how to eat the right foods was also on the agenda for these students who learnt which foods were good and which gave the most energy to be able to train hard everyday. The course was a huge success with the juniors having an exam to understand what they were taught throughout the 3 days and were also given a t-shirt to remember there time at the boot camp.
