Our programs are designed to suit all ages, levels of fitness and ability, teaching the fundamentals of kickboxing and self defence as well as having fun. Contact is only made during sparring which is completely optional so whether you just want to get fit, start your journey to black belt status or compete on the fight circuit, we welcome children from the age of 2 and adults of any age to join our academy. We believe it will "Change Your Life."

We want to know why you would like to join our exclusive academy and the reasons behind your interest. We only offer our exclusive, limited and secured slots to referred members from our trustworthy current students and families.
We aim to develop the very best from you in your training and will give you everything you need to succeed and for this to happen we offer memberships varying in weekly sessions starting at 2 sessions per week . Commitment is the key to success!
You will take accountability for your actions, behaviour and regular training throughout your membership with the GFKC which will in turn develop your life skills to be successful not only in the academy but in your personal life too!
